For the wheat semolina, we grind grain from local cultivation, often from contract cultivation in long-term partnerships with the Demeter producer groups. A fair and mutually respectful cooperation is important to all of us.
For our organic wheat semolina we use Demeter wheat, which is produced in biodynamic cultivation. The basis for our work is Demeter quality.
